About Maya Group

The foundations of MAYA Group was placed in 1949 by İlyas Özsüer and the Group exercised activity initially in textile and other various industrial sectors. Today, it exercises activity in fields of dwelling, Office and shopping mall and it maintains its leading identity. For Maya Group, one of Turkey’s leading developers, real estate sector started from 1970s and it became the main field of activity.

Under Maya holding umbrella the Group completed in 1999 its institutional structuring by protecting on the other hand the values of family-owned business, too. Mass retail and service sectors became other main fields of activity of the Group starting from 2000s.
